Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, wireless sales, and store management. If you have excellent leadership skills and a passion for training development, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store
- Oversee retail and wireless sales activities, ensuring targets are met
- Handle cash transactions and manage payroll duties
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members
- Maintain inventory levels and merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues
- Implement store policies and procedures effectively

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales, wireless sales, or store management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficiency in math for cash handling and payroll responsibilities
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and staff
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop employees for success
- Familiarity with training development processes is a plus
