As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team in the newly created role of Operations Business Development Manager.

Job Overview

The Operations Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and pursuing business opportunities within the Texas Metro areas. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of our industry, coupled with the ability to forge partnerships, optimize processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including but not limited to, contract negotiations, proposals, and presentations.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed business development targets.

2. Operational Optimization:

- Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.

- Propose and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows and reduce costs.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion.

- Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.

4. Client Relationship Management:

- Work closely with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and explore opportunities for upselling or expanding services.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Strategic Partnerships:

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the industry to enhance our service offerings.

- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new partnerships.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in business development within an operations-heavy industry.

- Strong understanding of operational processes and their impact on business success.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
