As a progressive financial institution, we areseeking a dynamicindividual to join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator in our Administrative Office in Mountain Home, Idaho .

We are looking for an HR Coordinator who will help lead the effort of further developing our organizational culture to prepare our managers and team members for success in their career at Pioneer, which ultimately leads to success for our members.
The ideal candidate will work closely with team members throughout all of our regional branch locations and administrative offices.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Team member relations
  • Engagement / Service to team members
  • Administrator to HRIS (Paycom)
  • Payroll
  • Onboarding
  • Turnover / Retention
  • Team Member Benefits and Perks
  • Various administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum six months similar or related experience; a passion to create the best work environment, a desire to have a Human Resources career.
Education: A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
Other Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required. Ability to generate, receive and maintain confidential and sensitive files, information and reports and ensure security of files. Proficient with office equipment, personal computer, and Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements: Very light physical effort. Typical of most office jobs. Work in comfortable positions.
Work Environment: Normal light, heat, air, and space in work environment.
