Pinnacle Staffing Group - GLADSTONE is Hiring a Production Office Assistant Near Kansas, KS

Pinnacle is seeking for a dynamic first shift candidate to fill an office roll—basically taking hand written production information and converting it into and ERP system along with the validation and accuracy of this info. Occasional need to confirm information by going into the plant. Having SAGE software experience and accuracy of input is crucial.

**Qualified candidate will send a current resume and will itemize the required skills.

Education and Experience

1. High School diploma required - AA Degree in a scientific field preferred.

2. Two years’ experience data entry preferred; Strong alphanumeric data entry skills.

3. Food manufacturing environment experience preferred.

4. Familiarity with Accounting and SAGE software.

5. Good written and oral communication skills as well as proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

6. HACCP, PCQI and SQF Practitioner Certification are preferred.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Convert handwritten production/packaging paperwork into data in the ERP system.

2. Validate the accuracy and completeness of this data prior entering into ERP, that will require going to production floor/warehouse to confirm data. Review of batch records for accuracy and completion and pulling raw materials from our computerized inventory basis these records and implementation of them into production and packaging output via our computerized inventory system utilizing “work orders”.

3. Manages documents both electronically and in hard copy format, including correctly storing and archiving documents for easy retrieval, auditing documents to ensure compliance, and correctly managing documents on a shared network drive.

4. Manages position training documentation and matrix tracking within facility to ensure compliance to company policies and procedures.

5. Works closely with the Quality and Operations team to create trend and report data in order to support continuous improvement initiatives

6. Regularly meets with internal customers to identify issues and solutions, assists with training individuals and groups on good documentation practices and document change control processes, designs training, and presents training in small groups.

7. Coordinate with outside contractors doing packaging fulfillment work, in scheduling supplies, bulk to meet KCT customer requirements.

8. Assists plant management in miscellaneous duties, including answering the office door and assisting with visitor and contractor GMP compliance.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

· Regularly required to sit.

· The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and taste or smell.

· The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

· Requires adequate visual acuity to read written documents and computer screens.

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

· The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. On occasion, this position is required to be in manufacturing facilities when performing audits or assisting plant operations.
