Spotless Wash Solutions provides provides services to the car wash industry as well as oversight and management services for operating car washes in multiple states. We are hiring an Office Assistant who will provide Admin support for the Owners of the Company as well as bookkeeping and Office Management tasks for various companies affiliated with Spotless
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Financial management and bookkeeping experience
- Oversee AR and AP functions
- Cash management and account reconciliation
- Ability to assist with tax applications and routine filings
- Knowledge of payroll processing and compliance requirements
