Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage and organize office supplies and maintain inventory
-Making sure office is stocked with appropriate supplies on a daily basis
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and maintaining records
- Assist Manager with office and company related tasks
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Willingness to learn and train for new tasks
-Responsible and punctual and able to take direction
-Interested in growing with the company
