Title: Strategic Program Manager - Data Strategy
Pay rate: $80-90/hr w2 benefits
Location: Downtown Los Angeles (onsite hybrid three days a week)
Notes: We have this new role for a financial services clientfor a Program Manager who is working on data strategy for the investment operations group. This is not a technical role, they just need to high level understand data strategy, etc. to be able to create roadmaps, scope, and plan for the teams they are partnering with. They do have to work hybrid from Downtown L.A. three days a week.

Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Manager to join our team, focusing on the strategic integration of data within our investment management operations. This role requires an individual who can create comprehensive roadmaps at a strategic level, ensuring alignment with business priorities and outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data concepts and the investment management industry, coupled with excellent project management skills and the ability to produce high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Roadmap Development: Create and institutionalize strategic roadmaps that align data initiatives with business objectives. Ensure these roadmaps are effectively communicated and rolled out across the organization.
Data Strategy and Management: Understand and integrate key data concepts, including data governance, data accessibility, data management, and data analytics practices, into strategic planning.
Deliverable Creation: Develop and deliver high-quality materials, such as presentations, reports, and strategic documents, to support data initiatives and communicate strategies to executive leadership.
Project Management: Utilize strong project management skills to keep data projects organized and on track. Ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications:
High level understanding of data governance, data management, data lakes, and business intelligence (BI) reporting.
Familiarity with data and analytics practices and the ability to apply these concepts strategically.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of keeping complex projects organized and on track.
Exceptional ability to create and deliver strategic documents and presentations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tie data initiatives to business outcomes.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must have experience creating PowerPoints (for presenting to stakeholders) and Excel (for creating roadmaps).
**Candidates must provide an example of an artifact they've created whether it's a part of a function, roadmap, scope, etc.
Nice to have: Big Four Consulting firm experience

Pay Range: $80- $90/hr w2 benefits

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
