Marketing Paid Search Channel Manager Permanent role- Salary Range: 70,000-95,000 depending on experience Charleston SC or Columbia SC- onsite role We are looking for a performance driven Paid Search Channel Manager to help support our Global D2C business growth objectives. You're passionate about digital marketing and are always looking for new opportunities to increase new customers while driving connection existing. Reporting directly to the VP Growth and Performance, you'll be responsible for executing our Search and Shopping campaigns across the Google and Bing platforms globally. This person will oversee the daily campaign buildout, feed management, and bidding optimization while driving long term channel strategy and program health across out brands. You have an analytical eye tracking daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance and take strategic actions to optimize these channels using best-practice and channel expertise. The ideal candidate has some experience in the retail ecommerce space and can communicate effectively across departments and within D2C organizations.
What you will do:
Appling PPC, display, and social advertising best-practice to create, monitor, and optimize paid search, shopping, and video campaigns to achieve maximum ROAS and new customer acquisition goals
Develop and execute paid search strategy on a per-brand basis providing unique strategies
Working with Creative and Copy teams to develop compelling short-form copy for maximum ad efficiencies and customer engagement
Test all types of available campaign types and targeting types to apply the right medium for the campaign and customer objective
Track daily campaign performance, including using both Google Ads and Google Analytics to analyze ecommerce performance KPI's and drive action from insights
Research and analyze competitor marketing and advertising strategies on an ongoing basis
Prepare weekly reports regarding Search and shopping and connect this data to merch and other digital marketing teams to ensure holistic reporting
Help build out our attribution modeling and MMM models to properly assess the influence of all paid channels during the consumer lifecycle
Be the point of contact with direct platform partners (Meta/Stack adapt)
Troubleshoot and maintain pixel implementation working with IT/Dev teams
The ideal candidate will have:
3 years of experience in the search and paid media space
Experience with Google, Bing, DSPs and feed management tools
Some experience in the retail and ecommerce space
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Pay Range: 70,000-95,000
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
