**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and office administration. This position offers the opportunity to use your organizational skills while learning new tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner

- Maintain office filing and storage systems

- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude

- Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail

- Accept and learn new duties as needed

**Skills:**

- Previous experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or in accounting is preferred

- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Outlook

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently

- Ability to prioritize tasks

- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures

- Knowledge of basic accounting proceedures and QuickBooks is preferred.

- Knowledge of construction business and software is a plus.

- Willingness to take on new assignments required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
