Pink's Dallas is seeking a energetic, driven and entrepreneurial General Manager to oversee our operations in Dallas and help bring this successful Austin-based business to the metroplex. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and driving business growth.

Join our team at Pink’s as a General Manager and help this exciting team, working with clients to make their windows spotless! You will contribute to and lead a fun, fast-growing team while making an excellent reputation within the Pink's territory among its customers. This Dallas-based business will follow an already successful model created in Austin, with the full and ongoing support, infrastructure, and guidance of the founding team that built the company. Our primary service is both residential and commercial window cleaning, with additional offerings that include power/pressure washing and gutter cleaning.

The General Manager position is a “boots on the ground” role that will require servant leadership. This position will have you leading multiple crew’s as they go out and fulfill jobs with excellence. The role will also require you to maintain excellent customer service as we desire to be “The Best Houseguest Ever”. You will also gain access to incredible sales training which will contribute to our ability to establish our client base in Dallas. This role will also require administrative abilities to schedule out multiple cleaning crews.

No prior experience in window cleaning or service industries is necessary. We are looking for passionate, energetic and charismatic individuals who excel at leading and motivating a crew of men & women and can promote the company's vision and culture of customer service perfection with unique and memorable branding.
