Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, food service, and customer service.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor financial performance and budgeting
- Maintain quality control standards for food preparation and service
- Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Evaluate and improve productivity throughout staff
- Following corporate guidelines and training staff to follow
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or related field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food service management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
