- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize quality and productivity
- Continuously improve effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational

- Participate in trade organizations
- Ensure the development of systems and procedures to manage physical facilities, equipment, and products profitably
- Conduct operations in compliance with OSHA regulations
