• Schedule: 11pm-7am; 7am-3pm

• Status: Full Time
• Weekends: Every Other Weekend

Full Time & Part Time Night 11pm - 7am; rotating weekends and holidays

Part Time Evening 3pm-11pm; rotating weekends and holiday

Part Time Day 7am - 3pm; rotating weekends and holidays

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor oversees the care to all residents which includes supervision of nursing team, administration of medications and treatments.

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
• Active CPR required
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• One year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Plan, direct and provide care to residents according to the Plan of Care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Perform resident assessments.
• Participate in daily resident rounding.
• Provide supervision to nursing team.
• Assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
