As a Consumer & Retail Senior Manager on the CFO Services team, you will help deliver world-class strategic finance advice and fundraising consulting directly to founders of some the most exciting consumer startups. This is a high impact role working with our clients to :

* Implement rigorous problem solving to help solve clients toughest issues on how to grow their business and manage their finances

* Bring the latest analytical techniques plus a deep understanding of financial modeling to help clients develop financial models, budgets and forecasts

* Develop models to track KPIs, analyze channel and SKU sales performance, enhance product margins and forecast inventory & demand planning

* Be the worlds preeminent financial services tech-enabled firm - trusted advisor for our clients on their most important financial and business decisions

* Build long-term relationships and drive superior financial returns based on unique business insights

* Partner with clients to help them deliver measurable and sustainable improvements in financial and business KPIs

* Keep business plans and projects on track and on budget with o ngoing budget m anagement and monitoring for variance reporting and rolling forecasts

* Support successful investor discussion and board meetings by analyzing and track ing relevant KPIs

* Support fundraising initiatives by drafting investor decks and assisting with mock pitches and term sheet comparisons

In partnership with the team and cross-functional partners, you will also:

* Identify areas of opportunity within the Consumer & Retail CFO Services offering and develop strategies to address them

* Mentor new and less experienced members of the team

* R ecommend and drive process improvements to maximize accuracy and efficiency within ou r offering

**Requirements**

We are looking for people who demonstrate these aspects:

* 3- 5 years of relevant experience in strategic finance or business operations at a high growth Consumer & Retail startup *(E-commerce/CPG)* and private equity, investment banking or management consulting

* Advanced Excel modeling skills with an ability to own complicated models end-to-end for a senior audience

* Highly analytical with ability to consume and process large amounts of unstructured information

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans

* Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance

* Strategic thinker and ability to independently carry out rigorous problem solving

* Strong interest and passion for Consumer & Retail industry
