We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions and providing support to employees and management. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities will include developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures, onboarding all new hires, importing payroll through ADP, benefits administration, employee evaluations, coaching, counseling and terminations, and ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and local employment laws.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3 years of experience in human resources roles
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Proficient in data entry and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
