Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will utilize your skills in communication, instructional design, and behavior management to facilitate effective learning experiences. Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress
- Provide additional support or tutoring to students as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, some college or a Bachelor's degree in related field
- 12 months education experience or valid teaching certification or license
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject area(s) being taught (e.g., Math, Literacy Education)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior
- Experience in instructional design and curriculum development is a plus
- Familiarity with technology tools for teaching and learning
- Previous experience in tutoring or mentoring is beneficial
Skills:
- Style: Ability to adapt teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Copy editing: Proficiency in reviewing and editing written materials for clarity and accuracy
- Behavior management: Skill in managing classroom behavior and promoting a positive learning environment
- Classroom: Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and engage students in the learning process
- Instructional design: Knowledge of instructional design principles and ability to develop effective lesson plans
- Tutoring: Experience providing one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions
