Phoenix IT Solutions is Hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper Near Peoria, AZ
- Extensive knowledge of accounting software such as NetSuite, Mas90, or similar software experience is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including the ability to import data efficiently.
- Strong understanding of General Ledger applications and experience with reviewing and balancing Balance Sheets, Bank Reconciliation, and other related reports.
- Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies related to Assets and Liabilities.
- Proven ability to enter Journal Entries for reclassification of line items and to correct errors.
- Familiarity with both Cash and Accrual accounting methods.
- Ability to reconcile bank statements accurately.
- Understanding of the month-end closing process.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, with the ability to identify and rectify issues that may impact the General Ledger.
- Familiarity with month-end and year-end closing requirements.
