Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, safety, and efficiency of our building infrastructure.
Duties:
- Supervise and manage all aspects of facility maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance needs
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to supervise maintenance staff effectively
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and address equipment issues
- Electrical understanding for handling electrical systems
- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Fluency in English for effective communication
- Experience in industrial maintenance practices
- Knowledge of low voltage systems
- Understanding of high voltage systems
- Understanding of basic plumbing
