Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, and promoting our products and services.
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Enter customer data and update account information accurately in the system
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages such as Spanish is a plus
- Experience in outbound calling and sales is preferred
- Proficient in data entry with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication techniques
