This position is 9 : 00 - 5 : 00 MST in our Lehi office. Pay starts at $17 an hour.

Founded in 2019, Pestie is the Anti pest control company. We are the pro-grade DIY pest control solution that is focused on making sure every American has access to easy, inexpensive, effective, and responsible pest control.

We are growing quickly and are looking for someone to grow with us.

Responsibilities :

• Answer emails, calls, chats and social media in a prompt and friendly manner
• Provide personalized, engaging, and compassionate customer service
• Troubleshoot customer issues and figure out quick solutions
• Implement conflict management skills to de-escalate emails in a way that builds a positive customer experience
• Make independent and insightful decisions keeping customer and company needs in mind

Requirements

• Location : Lehi Utah Monday - Friday 9 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
• Experience : Customer Service : 1 year (Preferred)
