Pestie is Hiring a Customer Service Representative (Full-time in office) Near Lehi, UT
Join the Pestie customer service team full-time! We are looking for someone to join our team from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time 5 days a week at $15 an hour. We are looking for someone located in Utah who can join us in our Lehi office.
Founded in 2018, Pestie is a DIY pest control solution that is focused on making sure every American has access to easy, inexpensive, effective, and responsible pest control. We are growing quickly and are looking for someone to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Answer emails, calls, chats and social media in a prompt and friendly manner
- Provide personalized, engaging, and compassionate customer service
- Troubleshoot customer issues and figure out quick solutions
- Implement conflict management skills to de-escalate emails in a way that builds a positive customer experience
- Make independent and insightful decisions keeping customer and company needs in mind
- Location: Lehi Utah Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Experience: Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Health care, dental and vision
- Time and a half holiday pay
- Accrued paid time off
- Paid training
