Irving, TX

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: M-F 9am-6pm


Customer Service Representative duties:

  • Manage high-volume incoming calls and customer inquiries.
  • Manage and maintain a customer “Sales lead” database.
  • Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly as needed.
  • Identify and assess customer inquiries to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an efficient calendar of day-to-day activities.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products, processes, and services.
  • All other duties for Customer Service Representative assigned by management.

Customer Service Representative requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
  • Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Creative, patient and compassion to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Firm knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mac
  • Pass a background check.
  • Pest Control customer service experience preferred but not required.
