Lakeshore Automotive is a fast paced automotive repair shop known for providing exceptional service to our customers.

As our Sales Assistant you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of our shop.

Reports to: Service Manager

Your primary duties will include:

• Answer incoming calls and provide great customer service by answering basic questions or connecting them with the Service Manager
• Check in parts deliveries, verify accuracy of part number and price
• Organize parts for easy access by technicians
• Manage parts return process in our software
• Cashier customers picking up their vehicle (use point of sale system, print invoice, retrieve keys, etc.)
• Assist with general office tasks such as scanning invoices or replenishing waiting room refreshments
• Pick up parts from local dealerships (as needed)
• Pick up or drop off customers within a few mile radius of the shop using company vehicle (as needed)
• Ensure loaner cars are clean and ready for use

Qualifications:

• Phenomenal customer service mindset
• Good at being organized and can multi-task
• Proficient in using basic computer programs like email and the Internet
• Attention to detail
• Valid drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
