Pest-Pro Services, Inc., a Texarkana based service company, is now hiring a CSR with great clerical, computer, & organizational skills to work in our fast paced office. The right candidate will be a motivated self-starter who specializes in customer service and can think outside the box when necessary to solve problems. Prior logistics experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities of the position will include but may not be limited to:

• Coordinates service resources as related to service operations.
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
• Generates Work Order Documents, dispatches technicians and notifies customers.
• Interacts and communicates professionally with customers.
• Reviews service paperwork, complete calls, forwards service paperwork to Administrators.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff and responding to special requests.
• Logs service start-up and service work requirements in appropriate software systems.
• Responsible for generating and printing various assigned reports
• Ability to work regularly and dependably.
• Ability to function in a team environment.
• Demonstrate ability to maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
