Perry Reid Properties is Hiring a Property Manager Near Rapids, IA

Perry Reid Properties is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Property Manager with a competitive spirit and outgoing personality to join our growing team. We are seeking a Property Manager who is self-motivated, adaptable, ability to multi-task, has superior customer service skills, and strong follow-up skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a great leadership style to play a key role in a company with an excellent reputation.

The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of Community management or business management, ability to interact effectively and build relationships with prospects, residents, peers, management, employees contractors, vendors, and owners to ensure the Community is well maintained at all times. Property Management experience is a required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel spreadsheets and Yardi software is a plus.

About the Property

The Community Manager will ensure we continue to deliver the highest quality of customer service to our residents and prospective residents while maintaining financial goals of this property. This property is a Luxury Market Rate Community located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

This position offers 4 or 5 day work weeks and has a generous potential bonus schedule.

Responsibilities

The activities listed below are not all-inclusive. However, they are indicative of activities normally performed by the Community Manager.

  • Manage leasing activity and motivate the team to achieve goals
  • Manage Property’s income/expenses to achieve financial stability.
  • Enthusiastically and Professionally represents the community and lifestyle of our apartment homes to prospective and current residents
  • Resolve resident issues and ensure resident satisfaction through all interactions
  • Required experience: Property Management for 2 years. competitive salary, based on experience Benefits NOI Bonus potential. Benefits package is offered, including Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
