Perry Reid Properties is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Haysville, KS
Perry Reid Properites is seeking an energetic Maintenance Technician with a positive attitude. Our company truly believes that teamwork is everything and we are looking to grow our current maintenance team to better serve our residents. This position is located in Haysville, KS.
This position is full-time 40 hour per week but offers you the ability to choose between a 4 or 5 day work week!
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, with strong multi-tasking skills and a willingness to work hard. Previous experience in plumbing, electrical and/or general maintenance. HVAC is required. This position may have some evening and weekend on-call hours. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and their own hand tools.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor the performance and quality of work of other technicians
- Daily grounds clean up
- Routine property maintenance
- Plumbing/Electrical
- Unit turnovers
- HVAC certification is preferred or applicant is willing to become certified
