Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field

- Ability to work on basic plumbing and electrical fixtures

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints

- Ability to weld, fabricate, and work with electrical systems

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
