Position: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Burr Ridge, IL 

Schedule: Full-time

Compensation: $20.00 per hour plus bonus incentives

Perma-Seal is seeking a dedicated individual to join our tribe as a Customer Support Specialist. We're in search of self-motivated, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate about customer service and sales. While prior phone sales experience is a plus, it's not a requirement - we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch customer service, assisting both new and existing customers.
  • Sales Savvy: Utilize your sales skills to identify opportunities for product upselling, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Technical Proficiency: Assist customers in pairing Wi-Fi devices, ensuring a seamless and trouble-free experience.
  • Multi-Channel Support: Handle both outbound and inbound sales calls, making every interaction count.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and go the extra mile to exceed their expectations.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team to achieve individual and collective goals.

What You'll Need:

  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • 2 years proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
