Customer Service Representative Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
- Pay Rate: $20-$24/hour
- Handle all inbound phone calls from customers, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Enter orders accurately and efficiently into our proprietary computer system.
- Process quotes and expedite orders to meet customer requirements.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise due to errors or mistakes, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Demonstrate a customer-focused approach, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Exhibit reliability, coachability, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Communicate effectively with distributors.
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service in an office setting; sales experience is a plus.
