PeopleShare is Hiring a Medical Call Center Supervisor Near Princeton, NJ

The Call Center Supervisor has first line management responsibilities for the department and is responsible for maintaining an atmosphere of professionalism and performance. By achieving this objective, the Call Center Supervisor guides the department in terms of working towards an organizational culture and competency which results in a high performing work team and the highest standard of work product. This is an evening shift on site position.
Job Details for Call Center Supervisor :
  • Hours: Monday- Friday, 3PM-11:30PM or Overnight Sun-Thurs 8pm-4:30am
  • Pay: $31-$34/hr
  • Temp to Perm
Job Responsibilities for Call Center Supervisor:
  • Maintains direct oversight of all assistance cases including emergency, claims, security, and any future service line additions as appropriate.
  • Manages and directs staff to ensure proper case management and quality case documents and reporting.
  • Ability to train, coach, counsel and evaluate the performance of call center staff.
  • Effectively handle and manage escalated calls with professionalism and in accordance with established protocols.
  • Highest degree of sensitivity, compassion, and respect.
  • Ensures proper training is maintained for self and staff actively seeks additional training opportunities that may be of benefit to the organization.
  • Coordinates and facilitates monthly staff meetings in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
  • Maintains a collaborative atmosphere in support of Company goals, objectives, and culture actively seeking ways in which to further advance these initiatives and collaboration between AAI and AASI.
  • Coordinates and maintains AASI staff schedule.
  • Maintains on-call availably including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements for Call Center Supervisor:
  • Prior medical case management experience
  • Prior crisis management and supervisory experience
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to coach and develop employees.
  • Command of MS suite of products
  • Prior experience with CMS systems
  • A global mindset with prior travel experience
  • Bachelors Degree
