Customer Service Representative Job Details :
- Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm
- Pay Rate : $18-$22 / hour
Customer Service Representative Job Description :
- Overseeing all inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintaining metrics performance expectations of 15 inbound & 15 outbound calls an hour.
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements :
- Customer Service / Call Center experience.
- Ability to keep all calls under 4 minutes while obtaining all information from the customer.
- Experience utilizing Service Titan *preferred* , House Call Pro, Jobber, Service Fusion, Thyve, Zapier, Payzer Ware, Field Edge, or Capterra software.
- Must have own reliable transportation to work daily.
