Executive Administrator Coordinator Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, hybrid
- Direct Hire Role!
- Start Date: Based on Availability.
- $65,000-$70,000 per year.
Executive Administrator Coordinator Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the Associate Director and the Associate Director in managing telephone appointments/ teleconferences, interviews, and meetings in the Executive Office Conference Room.
- Date and distribute Executive Office mail upon delivery and oversee Annual Meeting informational materials for entire Executive Office and the CEO.
- Track and respond to special event invitations received by the CEO, and send RSVP and provide follow-up as needed.
- Assist with establishing and maintaining the electronic and hardcopy files located in the Executive Office Suite.
- Assist with preparation and execution of internal meetings; arrange meetings set-up in Executive Conference Room.
- Manage incoming telephone calls and respond to routine inquiries, direct non-routine calls to the appropriate individuals and departments. Assist with screening Executive Office phone calls, emails, and incoming mail.
Executive Administrator Coordinator Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- AA Degree would be considered.
- Five years executive administrative experience.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment; flexible, responsive, and resourceful.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep track of multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
