Job Details for Accounts Receivable Specialist :

• Hours : 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm, M-F
• Hybrid Schedule
• 2 Days in Office
• 3 Days Work from Home
• Pay : $23-24 / hr, based on experience

Job Description for Accounts Receivable Specialist :

• Handles outbound calls to customers to collect on past due payments.
• Monitors accounts receivable summary for delinquency through related reports on a daily basis.
• Initiates appropriate collection activity via past due notices, telephone, and email correspondence.
• Initiates, tracks and maintains all records / files associated with collection activities for each account to include negotiated payment schedules, telephone call documentation and collection letters.

Qualifications for Accounts Receivable Specialist :

• HS Diploma, College degree or coursework preferred.
• At least 2 years of corporate accounts receivable and / or business to business collections experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Successful completion of Pre-Employment Criminal Background Check
