The Sr Client Receivable Specialist manages the collections, credits, statement reconciliations and invoice adjustments for clients. Additionally, this position manages the complete payment cycle for each client and is responsible for payment compliance.This requires collaboration with internal departments as well Client and Members.

- Maintain customer accounts payable contact list
- Utilize customer portals, invoice entry, generate reports and retrieve invoice status with payment dates.
- Manage monthly customer account reconciliations
- Identify and resolve invoice processing issues
- Process credit and rebills
- Manage client unapplied cash, and refund customer when needed
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of master AR Aging
- Analyze monthly payment metrics to ensure the customer is contractually compliant
- Schedule and participate in weekly communication with customers
- Assist in special projects as requested
Experience:
- Prior experience with corporate collections and reconciliations
- Cash applications
- ERP systems
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
