Position Summary:

Seeking a Senior Executive Support Professional to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership. This role extends beyond traditional administrative tasks, encompassing a variety of personal duties to optimize our executives’ daily routines.

Key to this position is a blend of professionalism, confidentiality, and versatility, ensuring smooth operation at all levels of management.

**Note:** Regular travel between Brunswick, GA, and Jacksonville, FL is a requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Integrated Calendar Oversight: Manage both professional and personal schedules, ensuring no overlap between work commitments and personal engagements.

2. Effective Communication Management: Oversee all forms of communication, maintaining a smooth flow of information.

3. Meeting Coordination: Prepare for and follow up on business and personal meetings.

4. Document and Personal Affairs Handling: Manage critical business and personal documents, including financial bills and medical records.

5. Personal Assistance: Take charge of personal errands, travel arrangements, and family event planning.

6. Confidentiality Assurance: Uphold strict confidentiality across all professional and personal matters.

7. Liaison Role: Serve as a primary contact point between the executive and their professional and personal networks.
