- Weekend work potentially available
- Complete finish carpentry tasks including framing, concrete form, site cleanup, debris removal, material moving, patchwork repair, and diagnosis
- Experience with refurbishing work of unoccupied units and occupied units
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety practices at all times
- Complete other duties assigned per direction of the Supervisor Qualifications :
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Must have 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Must have reliable transportation- Job site location could change throughout the day
- Must have basic tools for the trade
- We provide PPE
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, an walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds with or with accommodation
