Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms and equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- PM rooms on a daily basis. Painting, Caulking.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Experience
- Previous experience in a maintenance technician role or similar position
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of technicians
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of logic controllers and electrical systems is a plus
- Welding experience is preferred

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
