Customer Service Representative (CSR) are responsible for processing qualification reports, employment application documents and conducting qualification-related activities for job applicants on behalf of our clients and communicating hiring decisions to our clients in a timely and professional manner. Organization and follow-through are necessary in this position. Normal operating hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
