Knowledge in automotive fastener industry is helpful but will train the right candidate.

There are a lot of items to familiarize with in a timely manner

Customer service: Waiting on customers and getting the hardware they need from the warehouse. Must know basic math for making change

Packaging: Breaking down bulk into smaller box quantities -This requires attention to detail

Warehouse work: Unloading pallets of bolts and nuts, organizing stock, picking orders. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
