Would you like to:
- Lead, manage, and optimize the company’s unique project startup and project management process.
- Prime Contract review and negotiation
- Meet project financial performance targets
- Create Project control budget with project team and review prior to entry into accounting
- Provide preconstruction services as required per project specific contractual obligations
- Utilize an effective “Closeout Plan the Plan” to ensure all closeout areas are adequately covered and assigned to the team
- Ensure quality issues are addressed timely and implement changes to eliminate re-occurrence
- Assist Project Superintendent with creating and updating the project schedule
- Be responsible for the project schedule in the absence of a Superintendent
- Perform duties of estimate manager when necessary or beneficial
- Ability to help and navigate staff to grow in their roles.
- Ability to create a safe and friendly work environment
- Ability to create effective relationships with customers, design team, subcontractors, suppliers, and user groups that reflect and support company core values
