Functions:

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, bathing, and using the toilet
• Preparing meals according to dietary guidelines and assisting with feeding if necessary
• Conducting light household tasks such as laundry, grocery shopping, and cleaning
• Monitoring medication schedule and ensuring medication adherence
• Assisting with ambulation, mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Reporting changes in the client's physical condition, behavior, or environment to the supervisor
• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records
• Providing emotional support and enhancing social interaction for the patient.
