Requirements:

Our ideal Home Health Aide should have the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and fluency in English is a must.
• 18 years old and above
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Possess a valid driver's license as travel to client's homes is needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Duties:

As a Home Health Aide, your principal responsibilities would include:

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Monitoring vital signs under the supervision of a nurse or other healthcare professionals.
• Providing health care support including medication management and health-related tasks.
• Assisting with basic exercises and physical routines as prescribed by medical professionals.
• Preparing meals while considering dietary restrictions and individual preferences.
• Assisting in maintaining a clean, safe and healthy environment.
• Reporting any unusual circumstances in the patient's condition or environment.
