Tasks:

• Delivering professional care to our clients, following each individual's personalized care plan which includes tasks like personal hygiene, dietary help, grooming, assistance in taking medication, and general mobility support.
• Monitoring and recording patient’s progress, changes, or overall health-related issues and ensuring prompt communication to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Providing emotional support by companionship, active listening, and encouragement to boost client's morale.
• Conducting light chores in the patient's home environment to maintain a safe and sanitary living area.
•  Transporting and accompanying clients to appointments or day to day activities as required.
