Penz Automotive Group is Hiring an Internet Sales Manager Near Rochester, MN

Penz Automotive Group is looking for an Internet Sales Manager to lead our Vehicle Sales team to even higher performance levels. This is an opportunity for the right leader to positively impact vehicle sales and merchandising operations while enjoying a great culture.

What the Job Entails:

  • Plan, present, and ensure execution of daily follow up plan using all contact tools (Email, Text, Phone, etc.).
  • Ensure that appointment standards are met and maintained.
  • Build daily and weekly follow up and appointment plans with salespeople.
  • Monitor, analyze, and generate incoming leads.
  • Monitor and improve online merchandising, photography, and descriptions.
  • Plan and present weekly sales meetings.
  • Train, coach and work on skill improvement with salespeople daily.
  • Forecast monthly goals and objectives for the department.
  • Develop and maintain harmony/teamwork with other departments.
  • Review Salespersons performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect retail vehicle sales.
  • Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all sales employees.
  • Help sales personnel set specific daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Work with General Manager and Sales Managers across multiple Penz Automotive locations in planning inventory (Both what vehicles to have on the ground, and inventory level based on projected retail sales volume)
  • Provide Penz Automotive leadership with updates on market conditions.
  • Must be willing to learn new ways of acquiring vehicles.
  • All other duties and tasks as assigned.
  • Must be a leader!

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated track record of lead management and lead generation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (College degree is a plus!)
  • Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Call Center experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (Email, Text, Phone, In-Person).
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of dealership leadership.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
