Job Overview:

PENNEP is seeking a talented and dedicated Business Systems Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional documentation skills and a strong ability to write technical business requirements. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing, documenting, and communicating business requirements to the development team. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that our systems and processes align with organizational goals and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new projects and initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications and user stories.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and user manuals.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that technical solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and understanding between both parties.
• Assist in the testing and validation of system enhancements and new features to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations.
• Provide support and training to end users as needed to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis and system design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in business processes and systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience working as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in writing clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirement elicitation.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in the healthcare industry (preferred but not required).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
