Pennant Solutions Group is hiring for an entry level helpdesk technician in the Columbia, MD area. Candidates must have a TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
The accepted candidate will be providing technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop and systems/servers. They will be applying basic diagnostics to identify problems, investigate issues and solution for end customers.
This is an entry level role. No experience required as long as the candidate holds a Bachelors TS/SCI FSP Clearance.
