Job Overview:
We are seeking a high energy, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and work directly with the owner. The ideal candidate will support our office operations, be knowledable of trucking insurance, have a desire to become a licensed property and casualty agent, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization.
The Administrative Assistant will primarly work in office located at 2989 National Pike, Chalk Hill, PA 15421 however, there is some opportunity to work from home at times.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with insurance sales administration tasks
- Analyze and prepare sales reports for management review
- Provide administrative support for the owner.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Support outside sales activities as needed
- Assist in market research and data analysis
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills and data entry is essential.
- Must have an outgoing and positive attitude. This position will spend a lot of time on the phone and computer.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports
- Prior experience in sales or administrative roles preferred
- Knowledge of personal, commercial, trucking, life, and health insurance is highly desired.
