Position: Plumbing Manager

The Plumbing Manager works with the General Manager to achieve sales goals and drive profit through managing a team of field technicians. This person also coordinates between dispatchers and customer service representatives while monitoring performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Coach, motivate, and continue training for plumbing and drain teams
• Understand Sales Criteria and how to cross-sell leads to HVAC and Electrical departments to drive results
• Review invoices, jobs, timecards, and pay incentives to balance gross profit
• Serve as an expert to address customer concerns and back up for field technicians as needed
• Develop plumbing teams, conduct meetings, and mentor technicians for career growth through training
• Oversee daily operation to ensure that proper procedures and guidelines are in place
• Offer high standard customer service to resolve escalated issues by developing relationships
• Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, weekly team meetings, and scheduling 1:1’s

Requirements:

• 3-5 years Management experience REQUIRED with residential home services company
• Possess ability to inspire personal and professional growth in team
• Highly organized with exceptional follow through capability to drive performance and goals
• Exceptional communication and social acumen that displays a leader to company
• Service Titan experience is preferred
