What You Will Do:

  • Monitor and ensure successful execution of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and project management, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.
  • Lead and mentor a team of managers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry partners to drive business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures to uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives and market dynamics.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and expand market presence.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business development and expansion.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment consistent with the company's vision and mission, promoting growth and development.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients.
  • Develop and manage marketing plans and budget, targeting key demographics and industries.
  • Conduct financial analysis and take proactive action based on findings to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Administer company policies consistently and uphold core values, fostering a positive company culture.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience; advanced degree a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
  • Monitor vehicle fleet conducting vehicle inspections and maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain tool and parts inventory in organized fashion to reduce wear and loss per industry best practices.
  • Strong understanding of financial reports and operational efficiency.
  • Develop scheduling and billing practices for most efficient operations.
  • Proficiency in driving team performance and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to inspire personal and professional growth in team members.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Industry experience as an operations manager or general manager preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
