JOB SUMMARY

The Inside Sales Representative supports the needs of our customers, both internal and external, by providing assistance and guidance when requested product information. The incumbent will provide options that fit the customers’ expectations based on the requirements for each project. They will be required to have knowledge of all our products, materials, options, and imprinting capabilities to support the customers’ needs quickly and confidently while exposing customers to our ability to expand on the offering. This individual will also be required to coordinate and collaborate with our orders processing, art and production teams to ensure that the project can be completed as promised and on time as needed.

FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES

• Builds strong relationships with customers and outside sales team by providing follow up via phone or email on projects the individual is collaborating on

• Schedules virtual requests for the creative sales team, and pricing for customers

• Answers incoming calls and helps customers with product information and pricing, shipping estimates, order updates and tracking, as needed
• Provides estimates using PACE software based on customers’ requirements
• Provides product recommendations and suggestions on what/how to produce based on customer requirements or supplied images as well as budget constraints
• Handles special accounts requiring specific requirements that are outside of the standard operation

• Anticipates work needs and interacts professionally with customers

• Provides samples from the sample department meeting the customers’ needs

• Reroutes incoming calls to the correct individual or department, assists other departments by handling the inquiry, as needed
• Assists customers with the website and handles inquiries from the website chat application
• Performs data entry and creates estimates that require specific information
• Provides timely follow up in a positive manner
• Maintains a positive and professional attitude
• Performs other duties as assigned, collaborating in other departments may be required on occasion.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Superior customer service and communication skills

• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Must be proactive, able to think “ahead” of customer needs
• Creative Thinker, organized and highly motivated to exceed goals
• Comfortable with some travel – may be required for trade shows
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Associate/bachelor’s degree
• Sales and/or customer service experience
• Experience or understanding of the printing industry a plus, not required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while taking phone calls and sending email
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
